The appearance of Kratos was a great addition to the game, and he is still voiced by T.C. Carson, who voices him in the God of War video games, and he still has that ruthless and bad ass ego of his. Now, I like this game, but there are some things that I don't like about it in which I'm about to explain. I like the Soul Calibur series and my current favorite is the fourth game because it has Yoda, Darth Vader, and The Apprentice, but problem is that it lacks a story.

SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo 2 is a video game developed by Zipper Interactive, published by Sony Computer Entertainment, and the sequel to Fireteam Bravo for the PlayStation Portable handheld. Originally released in North America on November 6, 2006. Fireteam Bravo 2 features new gameplay, story campaign, multiplayer maps, and new features such as Command Equity (CE) and Local Influence (LI) and it will be mentioned. This game is a sequel to Fireteam Bravo and it is better than the first game as it had some gameplay updates, although it still remains the same in terms of aiming and shooting enemies. This game also introduced two new partners, codenamed BRONCO and WRAITH, and also LONESTAR returns from his role in the first game. It is a fun game to play and also if you want to challenge friends and people from around the world, you can also play online with the Ad-Hoc infrastructure and more. Plot: Adjikistan, a fictional country that is facing civil unrest. Many rebel factions are battling against the government, and they're believed to be terrorists. However, it is discovered that the president of the country, Ismail Karim, is in fact corrupt and using his influence by hiring European mercenaries to crush all those who oppose his political power. Only one team is there to stop him, the SOCOM, a squadron of U.S. Navy SEALs, the best of the best. Ninja Gaiden, known in in Japan as Ninja Ryukeiden (忍者龍剣伝, Legend of the Ninja Dragon Sword) is a sidescrolling platforming game that was developed and published by Tecmo for the Nintendo Entertainment System, with a release date in Japan on Christmas of 1988, then released in America on March 1989, and then in 2007 on the Wii Virtual Console. Ninja Gaiden is one of the hardest, yet classical video games that were ever made in the rising days of the video game industry. Ninja Gaiden is not only remembered for how hard it was, but also for it's incredible gameplay, dark storyline of many twists and turns, and a lot more that there is to remember. This game first introduced Ryu Hayabusa, who started in Ninja Gaiden, and then appeared as a playable fighter in Tecmo's "Dead or Alive" fighting series of games. Upon it's release, Ninja Gaiden has left a great legacy behind spawning sequels, and even an anime. Now it's time to review this great classical game. Plot. The story begins with Ryu's father Ken, challenged to a duel by an unknown assailant, and he is killed in action. Ryu Hayabusa, then journeys to America to avenge the death of his father, and then finds himself involved in a sinister plot to take over the world. After the duel, Ryu finds Ken's letter instructing him to find an archeologist named Walter Smith, but he is found by a woman and is kidnapped. When he wakes up, the woman hands him over a demonic-looking statue before releasing him. Then he finds info about it by Walter Smith. Now, Ryu must fight against those who want the statues of Light and Shadow, and save the world from destruction. Mike Tyson's Punch Out! is a boxing game developed by and published by Nintendo, and later re-released as Punch Out! Featuring Mr. Dream. This game was released on October 1987 in North America, then in Japan in the following month. Punch Out! is one of the NES most remembered classical games of all time, in which gamers play as a young boxer named Little Mac, who aims to be the best boxer of all time. However, I remember playing the game as a child, and reviewing it now brings back a lot of memories, especially when I downloaded this game on the Wii. The Japanese developers brought the idea of Mike Tyson being in the game, which was a great idea, because at that time before his jail time, biting Holyfield's ear, and so on, Tyson was a major star in the boxing world due to his skill, speed, and strength. This game starts easy, but later it becomes even more challenging, especially when you fight against Mike Tyson or Mr. Dream, depending on which version of the game you have. Gameplay. Players take control of Little Mac, a boxer from The Bronx, working his way up to the professional boxing circuits, facing a series of colorful, fictional boxers, until he fights against the then World Heavyweight Champion, Mike Tyson in the original version, or Mr. Dream in the later version. Little Mac has a limited repertoire compared to most of his opponents. His punches are limited to left and right jabs, left and right body blows, and a powerful uppercut. The powerful uppercut can be executed when the player achieves a star, which is accomplished when players counter-punch the opponent before or after certain punches are launched. The player can acquire up to three stars. To perform the powerful uppercut the player needs to simply press the start button once a star is received. For defensive techniques, Mac can dodge left or right, duck, and block attacks. Little Mac has a heart meter, which decreases to three when he's hit, and to one when his attacks are blocked. When the Heart Meter decreases to zero, he temporarily turns pink, which means he's fatigued, and when attacked he is hurt a lot more, but he can still dodge until he recovers a certain amount of hearts. Power Rangers: Time Force is a sidescrolling beat-em-up game for the Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance that was published and developed by THQ. The game was released in 2001 on the Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, PC, and the original PlayStation as well. Power Rangers: Time Force is based on the television show of the same name, which is part of the Power Rangers franchise, adapted from the Super Sentai series. Time Force is like one of the best Power Ranger shows due to it's dark and realistic tone, and it happens to be one of my favorites. Now this game can test your patience, especially at the end. Plot. In the year 3000, a ruthless criminal named Ransik was apprehended by Red Time Force Ranger Alex. But then, when Ransik is being taken to the cryo-prison, his daughter Nadira and robotic companion Frax, break him out of the prison vehicle. Alex attempts to recapture him, but fails as he is overpowered by the powerful mutant, who then escapes into the year 2001. The other rangers pursue him, and find Alex's ancestor, a wealthy man named Wesley Collins, who is recruited to become the Red Ranger. And now, they fight many creatures and enemies, in order to apprehend the evil Ransik. Super Mario Bros, is one of the most classical and recognizable video games of all time, and it's popularity continues to shine today. This game was published and developed by Nintendo, and originally released in Japan on September 13, 1985, then arriving to American shores on November 17 on that same year. This is one of the most remembered yet anticipated video games of the first generation of video games. Mario has become even more iconic, appealing to children, teenagers, and even adults as well. I remember also playing the game when I was 3 years old, because I was still little, and I remember when I had my first Nintendo. My father and uncle, though they liked it that I played games sometimes, they tried turning me into a bookworm and a sportsman, but I chose a path. I am a bookworm and a gamer, haha. Getting back to the topic at hand, this game has popularized the 2D sidescrolling platform genre, and now, I gladly review this game to you. The Amazing Spider-Man is a video game based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, and this game was developed by Rare and published by LJN for the Nintendo's Game Boy handheld console, it is a platform sidescrolling game. Released in North America in the summer of 1990. This game is one of the toughest platforming games of all time, based on superheroes. I make this review because I happen to be a big fan of Spider Man, and I do this in honor of my little cousin who turned 14, and has been a fan of Spider Man since he was about 5 years old. Also, I remember playing this day in the time that I had my old Game Boy. Me and my cousin used to play it, but never managed to beat it as it was really tough. Plot. The enemies of Spider Man have discovered the web slinging hero's true identity, Peter Parker, and captured his wife, Mary Jane Watson-Parker. Now Spider-Man must travel all over New York City, fighting criminals, thugs, minor animals and supervillains in order to save his wife and save the day. |
