Mario had two more cartoons that were based on Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World in the 1990s which were fun to watch. If I remember correctly, Final Fantasy and Fire Emblem had an anime as well. Final Fantasy's anime was based on FFV, which was titled Legend of the Crystals and it also had Unlimited as well, which consisted originally of 52 episodes, but then it was only 25. If I recall correctly, I also remember that Captain N had Nintendo characters such as Mega Man, King Hippo, Simon Belmont, Dr. Wily, Pit, and even Link and Zelda had their cameos, and Final Fantasy jumped in as well. F-Zero had an anime as well, which did not last long in the United States after 4Kids butchered it. Not to forget that I remember that Halo had an OVA titled "Halo: Legends" which was not popular with the fanbase of the popular franchise. And recently I remember a couple of months ago that The Legend of Zelda was having an anime in the works, which got me really excited. Ok, so here are the video games that deserve to have an anime right now.
What's happening gamers? Today's news is my opinion on which video games deserve to have an anime. We all have grown up watching some cartoons and anime based on our favorite video game characters such as Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda, Sonic The Hedgehog, Mega Man, Ninja Gaiden, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Power Stone, Dragon Quest and even F-Zero as well. In the 80s we had the Super Mario Bros Super Show alongside The Legend of Zelda which were Friday cartoons. The Legend of Zelda cartoons weren't liked that much by the Zelda fanbase, you know, the ones were Link was always whining "Excuuuuuuse me, princess!" and the princess refusing to kiss him while the fairy Spryte had a crush on him.

Batman: The Dark Knight Returns is a superhero movie and the two-part adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name which was made by Frank Miller. The first part of the movie will consist of Batman's coming out of retirement to fight against a new breed of criminal that terrorizes Gotham City. This movie will come out in 11 days, however it is still viewable online before it's release on Blu-Ray, DVD and Ultraviolet. This is the 15th movie in the DC Universe Animated Original Movies, preceded by Superman vs The Elite, and the sequel to this movie will be released on spring 2013. This time, Kevin Conroy is not the voice of Batman as many fans would have wanted, but hey, he can't be the Dark Knight forever, and besides I believe that Peter Weller did an incredible job with voicing Batman. The animated movie is directed by Jay Oliva, and it was a good movie. Plot. The story takes place in a dystopian near-future version of Gotham City. Ten years have passed since the last sighting of Batman, and Bruce Wayne is in disarray engaging in reckless and dangerous activities, feeling guilty for the death of Jason Todd (the second Robin). However, the return of an old enemy and a new breed of criminal that terrorizes Gotham City, known as the Mutants, forces Wayne to come out of retirement and don his cape and mask once again, and he also meets and takes in a new Robin, Carrie Kelly. The Dark Knight Returns turned out to be a good movie as expected, but still what I did not like about it is that it was too short. It should have been a two hour movie instead, but unfortunately they decided to split it into two parts since I remember how long the story was in the graphic novel by Frank Miller. The music fitted the action sequences in the movie, however, some theme songs were not that good. In terms of voice acting, Peter Weller takes the role of the caped crusader and he did an awesome job. Peter Weller is highly remembered for his role of Alex Murphy in Robocop. Other voices include Wade Williams as Two-Face. This is not the first time that Wade Williams voiced in a Batman movie, he was Black Mask in the movie Under the Red Hood and he has also worked in the animated series, Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Other notable actors include, David Selby as Commissioner Gordon and Ariel Winter as Carrie Kelly. It was a good movie, but I felt it should have been longer all together. But nevertheless it was short and sweet. My rating for this movie is a B+ The full version of the Final Fantasy Retrospective that I have been working on for months now. This is GCGameReviews take on a look back to Final Fantasy. This talks about all games, spinoffs, sequels, prequels, and also of the rise and fall of the long running and respected game franchise.
