Hello Ranger Fans! Welcome to my review of Power Rangers: Super Megaforce episode 12. In our last episode, an alien tried to make Levira fall in love with him by making a love potion for her, but it hilariously backfired, which drove him in a jealous rage. Luckily, the Rangers had saved the day once again. Ok, now, today's episode was too comical and hilarious to be this serious, and to think we only have 8 episodes until the Legendary War, which I am looking forward to. I've heard news this week that Roberto Orci dropped out of the Power Rangers project due to his other scheduling on Star Trek 3. Too bad, he could have made it awesome, but I hope the replacement is someone else that is worth it, like the executive producer of Captain America or The Avengers, as long as it's not M. Night Shyamalan or Michael Bay. Very well then, let us begin. If you don't like spoilers, don't read further. Our story opens up with Prince Vekar having a bad case of a cold and sends a monster to find a cure for him. This monster wields a staff that steals the happiness of others. When the Rangers pass by a church to see a wedding taking place, the monster attacks and steals the happiness of the bride. The Rangers go into action, but then their Megazord is damaged after a bad fight with the monster. Now, Emma must use her methods to beat the monster.

The Assassin's Creed movie has been reported to be delayed by 2016 after 20th Century Fox removed the film from it's 2015 schedule. The movie, starring Michael Fassbender, was slated to be released on August 15, 2015, but according to The Hollywood Reporter, it won't be ready on time. The site claims that “Fox insiders” have revealed that the movie’s script has undergone “several rewrites” and that production “has grappled with scheduling issues.” Insiders claim that the film will now launch in 2016. Well, it's just that they need more work with the film. But at least I hope that they don't screw it up, because we all know how many movies based on video games have miserably failed due to heavily altering the story, characters and so on. Many of them should have NEVER been made, such as Super Mario Bros, Street Fighter, Double Dragon, and ESPECIALLY the Uwe Boll movies. Fox has also moved the Fantastic Four reboot up from June 19, 2015 to the now seemingly vacant August 7, 2015 slot. Well, let's see what's gonna happen in the future. God Bless, Play Hard Gamers and Enjoy The Show! Timm and Burnett! What a combination. Those two have truly defined my childhood with Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, The Batman and Superman Adventures, Batman Beyond, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. Who doesn't love Bruce Timm and Alan Burnett? Well, this is the latest folks, Machinima has teamed up with Bruce Timm and Alan Burnett to create a new Justice League miniseries. The series is titled "Justice League: Gods and Monsters Chronicles". Chad Gutstein, CEO of Machinima had stated the following “Ever since we announced the Warner Bros. strategic investment, we have been looking for a new and exciting way to tap into the company’s unmatched content," said Chad Gutstein, Machinma’s CEO. "With Justice League: Gods and Monsters Chronicles, Machinima will be the very first place fans can experience a new vision for DC Comics’ beloved Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman characters. In addition, we have built a first-of-its-kind package for brands to engage with these characters to reach Machinima's elusive audience." Machinima also said about the miniseries that it explores a newly-conceived reality in the DC Universe where the Justice League members Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman are much darker versions of the superheroes that we all know. The episodes are expected to launch in Machinima this Spring 2015, weeks before the launch of the film. There are also rumors of a Crisis on Infinite Earths sequel coming in mid-2015 and the long lead on this project, it's easy to wonder whether, like the current Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors, Gods and Monsters Chronicles might have ties into content going on in the comics at the time of its release.
That is exactly what I love about the DC Multiverse, because, in each alternate universe Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman could have different actions, like in the Justice League cartoon series, where the Justice League face off against the Justice Lords. The Justice Lords are the JLA who have taken control of the government after the death of Flash and basically rule the world with an iron fist. And in Crisis of Infinite Earths, in an alternate dimension, the JLA are bad guys calling themselves The Crime Syndicate, where Batman is called Owlman, Superman is Ultraman, Wonder Woman is called Superwoman, Green Lantern is Power Ring and The Flash is Johnny Quick. More updates of the miniseries coming soon. God Bless and Enjoy The Show! Hello people! Today, Marvel Studios released the official plot synopsis of the upcoming movie Avengers: Age of Ultron, the sequel to the hit movie The Avengers (2012). This year we had four superhero movies that turned out to be successful such as; The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, X-Men: Days of Future Past and the biggest hit at the box office, Guardians of the Galaxy. The synopsis of Age of Ultron doesn't carry a lot of new info for those who have been paying attention all along, but it does give a sense for the roles played by each key Avenger and ally. And if you're asking if Samuel L. Jackson is coming back as Nick Fury, yes he is. Now, the plot of the movie is this: When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure. Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision. The movie is written and directed by Joss Whedon himself and produced by Kevin Feige, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series The Avengers, first published in 1963. Get set for an action-packed thrill ride when The Avengers return in Marvel’s Avengers:Age of Ultron on May 1, 2015. God bless and Enjoy The Show. Hello Ranger Fans! Welcome to Power Rangers Super Megaforce Episode 11 Review. In our last episode, Tensou developed an amnesia due to a lightning storm caused by a very bad weather and the Rangers set out to look for him while fighting a monster in an epic fight that resulted to be really awesome and epic. Today's episode was pretty hilarious and got me reminding of that episode from Power Rangers: Time Force. But this ain't about Time Force, this is Super Megaforce, but it still kind of reminded me of the episode "Nadira's Dream Date". Nice huh? Ok, so right now, let us start StoryOur story opens up with Jake and Noah in the computer room. Jake makes a bet of how far he can kick the ball to the goal post, which succeeds hilariously. Meanwhile at bad guy headquarters, an alien creats a love potion to get the affections of Levira, which hilarilously backfires as the evil female alien falls for Jake instead. And because of that, the alien targets him for destruction. Hello Ranger Fans! Welcome to another review of Power Rangers Super Megaforce. Today's review is Episode 10 - The Perfect Storm (NOT the George Clooney movie XD). This episode of today was pretty fun, awesome and real kick ass with 15 minutes of footage and Legendary Ranger transformations that could blow you away people. Not many are too fond of Super Megaforce as I saw, but some are just fine with it. I started watching Super Megaforce not because I'm a fan of the Power Rangers since I was a kid, but because it looks pretty awesome, loosely based on Gokaiger and Goseiger and I'm also looking forward to the Legendary War, which is ten episodes away. In the Legendary War we shall see many of our old favorite rangers, some others won't appear though. Anyways, enough chatter. It's time to review the episode, and if you haven't seen it, just read the plot synopsis because it contains spoilers. PlotOur episode opens up where the weather is really bad. A lightning storm is approaching and when Tensou gets out of the Command Center, he is struck by lightning developing amnesia. But this weather doesn't stop Prince Vekar from sending one of his monsters again. As Tensou wanders around the city, Troy, Gia, Emma and Jake search for him. Meanwhile, Noah and Orion fight the monster in an awesome fight. Well, well, well folks! I gotta tell you one thing. These recent years both in the small and big screen, we have been plagued with superheroes from both Marvel and DC. On the side of Marvel TV Shows we got Marvel: Agents of Shield, Marvel's Avengers Assemble and the upcoming Netflix series, Daredevil, also not forgetting the upcoming Agent Carter. And on the side of DC, we got the upcoming Gotham, The Flash and Arrow, and now coming is none other than, Supergirl. Warner Bros. Television is teaming with Greg Berlanti and Ali Adler to adapt the popular DC Comics hero for a potential TV series, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. Adler, who worked with Berlanti on ABC's superhero dramedy No Ordinary Family, will pen is expected to pen the script, with Berlanti on board to produce via his WBTV-based Berlanti Productions banner. DC's Geoff Johns is also expected to have a role in the Supergirl project, which is in the early stages of development and expected to be taken out to networks soon. Johns exec produces Arrow and The Flash. We had Wonder Woman in 2012, but unfortunately it did not see the light of day even before it reached it's full potential. Sucks doesn't it? Many people would suggest Caity Lotz (Sarah Lance/Black Canary) from Arrow as the titular character, but I think she fits more as Black Canary that Supergirl. Right now I have no idea who to suggest, but at least they should try casting someone unknown for a change, instead of famous ones. More updates coming soon God bless and Enjoy The Show. |
