What's up people? Welcome to my review of last week's episode of The Flash. Sorry I could not do it yesterday, but there were important real life things I had to do. Ok, so. In our last episode, The Flash had to face off against Captain Cold and Heat Wave again, and also against Cold's sister, Lisa. This is an episode where we are introduced to another one of Flash's enemies called, The Trickster. Not only that, but this episode we have a special guest star, the one and only Mark Hamill. He was not just the old Trickster in this one, but we all remember him as the unforgettable Joker in the DC Animated Universe. StoryA copycat killer who goes by the name “The Trickster” starts setting off bombs in Central City. In order to stop the villain, Barry and Joe meet with the original Trickster, a criminal mastermind named James Jesse, who has been imprisoned for 20 years. Things quickly go from bad to worse when the Tricksters unite and take Henry Allen prisoner. Meanwhile, Iris asks Eddie for help with a case, and flashbacks show how Harrison Wells came up with the idea for the particle accelerator ThoughtsIt was great to see Mark Hamill back in DC after he retired from voicing the Joker. It was really a fun episode and seeing him as the bad guy again brings back good memories of him being the Joker back in the DC Animated Universe. To me, Mark is more than just Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, he IS the Joker. As for this episode, I enjoyed seeing one of Flash's classical enemies and also enjoyed of how Harrison Wells came to be and how he came up with the idea of the particle accelerator which made Barry what he is, not to forget all those metahumans as well. But it won't be long before they find out the truth. Things are gonna start to heat up people. ConclusionAnd finally to wrap this up, all I can say is that with each episode, this season gets better and better. The story is almost becoming like Flashpoint in a certain way as it has many references. But some enemies Flash hasn't fought yet, are still to come I hope. My final score for this episode is an B.
God Bless and Enjoy The Show!
