Hey guys, welcome to my review of The 100 Episode 2. Last episode we opened up with Clarke in a jail cell and she is put with many other kids inside a space pod sent to the irradiated and desolate planet Earth. Down there, the 100 must survive and find supplies in order to keep the Ark alive since they are running out of resources and supplies. Last Wednesday we enjoyed a good time with the season premiere and as of now we continue with episode 2. I actually liked watching this show and it got me having the time of my life, which means I still have a little faith in television, since I barely watch it because it's plagued with reality TV. Let us begin now. PlotHaving discovered that Jasper may still be alive, Clarke, Bellamy, Octavia, Finn and Monty set out on a mission to locate their friend and are shocked at what they find. Meanwhile, on the Ark, Abby is determined to get to Earth, and enlists Raven to craft an escape pod. As the characters fully develop, we get to know a little bit more about them and there are relationships building up as they survive in a planet governed by danger and traps. Thoughts about itNow I am actually liking how characters are being developed be they good guys, bad guys, relationships and so on. The action sequences such as one of the scenes in which they try to rescue Jasper and having to fight for survival and even when Wells defends himself from those who bully him since he's the son of Chancellor Jaha. As for those in the Ark, I actually love how Abby is determined to get to Earth and prevent meaningless depopulation which Kane is more than willing to do so. As for the animals and territorial beings, I actually like how fight scenes against such things are made. Like I said in my last review, this show is like something out of the movie After Earth mixed with Hunger Games in a certain way. But it's not kids killing each other in a battle to the death, it's a fight for survival, a world where the only rule is survive or die, not to forget; kill or be killed. I actually love this show so far and I'm enjoying it. I also forgot to mention that The 100 is based on the book of the same name by Kass Morgan. OverallThis episode was pretty cool, I like so far how characters and the story are fully being developed. And almost forgot, I think Octavia is pretty hot. I got a thing for Canadian girls. Hahaha! My final score for Episode 2 is an A-.
God Bless and Enjoy the Show!
