What's up people? Welcome to Arrow Season 3 Episode 18 - Public Enemy. In our last episode, Diggle and Lyla were headed for their honeymoon until Amanda Waller called them for a mission to rescue a politician at the Republic of Kasnia, while Oliver is on the run from the law after being framed for murder. Now this is an episode where things start to get volatile after the Arrow is framed due to the actions of the League of Assassins and Lance finally knows the truth of who is the Arrow. One does not simply reject Ra's Al Ghul's offer to become the new leader of the League of Assassins. Let's start! StoryDuring an attack on the mayor's office, Ray is critically injured. Felicity is pleasantly surprised when her mother, Donna Smoak, shows up at the hospital to offer her support. With the SCPD out in full force looking for the assailant, Oliver and his team work hard to stay one step ahead of the police to find the man responsible. However, things come to a head when Ra's al Ghul kidnaps Captain Lance ThoughtsI can understand certain things of why people are not liking Season 3 that much. Why? Because in their words, most characters are being pretty bitchy. But in my honest opinion, there are some moments where characters are being bitchy whiners, but still that doesn't mean that Season 3 is all that bad. Ok, so what can I say about this episode? Felicity and Ray moments were ok, and what made it even more lighthearted is when Felicity's mom showed up. And I was even more surprised to see Shado's twin sister, but at the same time I want to know HOW Maseo became a member of the League. Guess we'll find out soon enough now don't we? ConclusionThis episode was ok, shocking at the end and things are just going to get crazy tonight, VERY crazy. So all I can say is that tonight, we'll see more of what happened in the aftermath of this episode. My final score for this episode is a B
