With a script in place by Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz (Thor, X-Men: First Class), the movie is already scheduled for July 22, 2016 with original creator Haim Saban acting as a producer, along with Brian Casentini, Allison Shearmur and Roberto Orci. David Israelite had said in an interview that he is a big fan of the Power Rangers franchise. We all know that 12 years ago, the Power Rangers franchise debuted in 1993 and it's an adaptation of Japan's Super Sentai franchise. I'm happy to see that things are looking up with this movie, the right people to write this, the right director and producers, so this shouldn't be bad I hope.
I also want to give my honest opinion of Jason David Frank saying that PR should stay family friendly. I know JDF doesn't mind PG-13, but he says it does not need cussing or blood. Come on Jason! A lot of PG-13 movies have blood and cursing, but that doesn't mean that it'll go too far. I understand your reasons of not liking the fan film that was released on February due to it's very dark and gritty tone. But didn't you have a fight to the death against Scorpion in Super Power Beat Down? Because I know that in the ending where Scorpion wins, that defeat of yours was pretty brutal. Anyways, I can't change your mind about that, only you can. And I enjoyed your web reality show "My Morphin Life".
So, what do you think of the director? Comment, go for it people.
God Bless and May The Power Protect You!
