Hey folks! Today is throwback thursday according to Facebook, Twitter and other sites as well. So I decided to make my own TBT that has something to do with old games, both dating from Nintendo up until the mid-2000s. Of course, we all love playing video games, I love being a gamer because it gives me a positive influence in my life. Video Games are a way of life, an escape from the harsh realities of the world. But enough of that, so here are the top 10 most annoying enemies in video games. 10 - Bella Sisters. (Resident Evil 4) In a tie with Dr. Salvador, these two are annoying and something to be afraid of in Resident Evil 4. They will charge at you with a chainsaw, and once they get you, prepare to die instantly. When it's two of them, you're going to have the fright of your life. 9 - The Police (Grand Theft Auto series). These guys are well known as the boys in blue, po-po, pigs, 10-4 and people almost nobody likes. In Grand Theft Auto, some missions will have the police on your ass when you commit a bank robbery, a breakout or a killing. The benefit of the police is when you punch a criminal being chased by cops, and that's when you get a $50 Good Citizen Bonus. 8 - Wallmaster (The Legend of Zelda). If the Pols Voice were annoying as much as the Iron Knuckles and Bird Knights in Zelda II, you'll be even MORE annoyed by the Wallmaster. These annoying hands, once you're caught by them they will send you ALL the way back to the entrance. But not to worry ladies and gents, you don't have to do everything all over again. 7 - Titan Thugs (Arkham Trilogy). I know Arkham Asylum is from 2009, but still, this game's worthy of being in the list of having annoying enemies. Aside from those one-armed sledgehammer wielding thugs, the Titan thugs will annoy you to your core when you play this game in hard mode. 6 - Dogs (Resident Evil Series). Those vicious canines of the franchise will constantly test your patience because they usually burst in when you're not even expecting it. They are strong and agile, and pretty tough to kill. But the Colmillos from Resident Evil 4 will make you rant even more. 5 - Malboros (Final Fantasy Series). Usually Malboros are found halfway to the near end of the game. These creatures usually get the first turn when you encounter them, and they will usually attack first. Their primary weapon is Bad Breath, which causes a lot of status ailments such as Darkness, Berserk, Confuse, Poison and so on. These creatures are a force to be reckoned with so watch it. 4 - Hammer Bros (Super Mario Bros). The Hammer Bros are the most annoying enemies in the Super Mario Bros franchise. In the first game, these little jerks would constantly test the patience of EVERYBODY who had this game at home. When you were in 8-4, there was one waiting to hammer you down before you even got to Bowser. 3 - Medusa Heads (Castlevania series). Those Gorgon Heads. Who doesn't hate them up until this day? These things were a complete nuisance in any stage they were in. These enemies are tied with other annoying enemies such as the Fleaman. 2 - Metroids. We all remember those creatures waiting for us in Tourian, guarding Mother Brain's lair. These parasitic organisms could not wait to latch on to you and suck your life energy dry. In Tourian, you were vastly outnumbered by these little bastards. 1 - Birds (Ninja Gaiden Original Trilogy). Whenever you reached the third stage in the original Ninja Gaiden, you were in for a world of hurt, annoyance and pure unadulterated rage, AlphaOmegaSin style. Even if you killed them, they would respawn like crazy if you go back to the area you killed them. With this enemy, your blood will boil to 100 degrees, until it reaches your brain and your head explodes. I really enjoyed doing this list, because as a gamer I have good memories of awesome video games. As well as I have bad ones as well, because of all those enemies that annoyed us back in the day.
