Grand Theft Auto III was like The Sopranos, The Godfather and Carlito's Way.
Vice City was more like Scarface and Miami Vice mixed together
San Andreas was Juice, Menace II Society, and Boyz N The Hood mixed into one.

What's happening gamers? Today's video game news is remembering the PS2 and the top 10 games. Every Sony gamer remembers the PS2 when it first came out and all the games they greatly anticipated since it's release watching them at E3, Tokyo Game Show, and so on. I still have my PS2, still play it, and I will keep it as a memory. Some people still have their PS2, either good or messed up but keep it as a trophy as well. Now I pretty much know the reason of why the PS2 have stopped being made, because they're actually remaking PS2 titles in HD for the PS3 and some that go to the Xbox 360, and I sincerely hope that the majority of these classics apart from Bloodrayne, Sly Cooper, and Grand Theft Auto, make it to the PS3. And now let us begin the countdown to for the top 10 video games for the PS2. 10 - Onimusha Essentials. When Capcom was in it's golden age with games such as Marvel vs Capcom 2, Resident Evil 4, Code Veronica X, and many more, Onimusha was an amazing title and I enjoyed all three games. Onimusha is like Resident Evil in Feudal Japan. Arigato gozaimasu to Keiji Inafune for making an awesome title apart from Mega Man and Mega Man X. 9 - Mega Man X Anniversary Collection. I was really happy to play all six games on the PS2. My most favorite game in this anniversary collection is Mega Man X4, but I remember how many Mega Man fans loathed Mega Man X6, because that game was so hard it would make you break your PS2 controller, and leave you partially insane to quote Luke K Wing in one of his reviews. 8 - Killzone. The Halo version of PS2 and this time with no aliens in it. This game is like World War II in outer space, where the Helghast invade the planet of Vekta in order to annihilate and massacre the ISA. I always loved the Helghast more than the ISA. The Helghast is like an intergalactic version of Nazi Germany. Killzone 2 and 3 would go to the PS3 and both games truly kicked ass. Now you can buy the entire collection on the PS3. 7 - Grand Theft Auto Triple Pack. I truly loved GTA since I played it in 2002 when I was 16 years old. I played GTA3 and I truly loved it alongside it's prequels Vice City and San Andreas. These games reminded me of a lot of movies. Grand Theft Auto III was like The Sopranos, The Godfather and Carlito's Way. Vice City was more like Scarface and Miami Vice mixed together San Andreas was Juice, Menace II Society, and Boyz N The Hood mixed into one. 6 - Devil May Cry Trilogy. Remember when DMC was a PlayStation exclusive before DMC4 when it went on both PS3 and 360? Well, these games truly kicked ass, but to me the best DMC game will be the first one. With the new game coming out, it looks great, but still I don't like the new Dante. 5 - Final Fantasy XII. The last Final Fantasy game to grace the PS2. Now many did not like this title mainly because of the battle system. Hey, even if that battle system was disliked and the game was like very very hard, at least it had a great storyline, music, graphics, concept and designs, and I truly loved it. I find FF12 as a mixture between Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. 4 - Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. Before Nathan Drake existed, Sly Cooper was a suave and smooth operator of a thief. Makes me wish he was back again for the PS3 or PSVita. However, he is playable in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. 3 - Final Fantasy X. Great story, concept, design, gameplay, and graphics. Final Fantasy X takes players to the mystical world of Spira, where it's more like a post-apocalypse world after the evil entity known as Sin had destroy every big city with modern technology. Everyone remembers these famous lines such as: "Stay away from the summoner" "You're a bad man". Poor Tidus, in Zanarkand he was loved, had all the ladies, but unfortunately, those stuck up Spirans were nasty on him. 2 - Metal Gear Solid: The Essential Collection. Three games together, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. All three epic games in one triple pack collection. Metal Gear is my favorite game franchise apart from games such as Final Fantasy, Lufia, Metroid, Halo, Zelda, and so on. Metal Gear Solid games would blow you away, make you cry, and leave you wanting for more. 1 - Kingdom Hearts. Kingdom Hearts is a great game, a genius one made by Squaresoft, courtesy of the ideas of Tetsuya Nomura, Tomohiro Kayano, and many more. The worlds of Disney and Final Fantasy together in this incredible RPG game that lives on forever. In this game I laughed, I cried, and was blown away just like many die hard KH fans. I also was wowed to see that the biggest names in movies and television were voicing in the game such as Haley Joel Osment (The Sixth Sense), David Gallagher (7th Heaven), Hayden Panettiere (Heroes), David Boreanaz (Angel), Christy Romano (Kim Possible) and many more. Great games, great years we ALL had with the PS2. To me, the PS2 will always be one of the best consoles ever made in the early 21st century. Honorable mentions for the PS2 are Crazy Taxi, Twisted Metal Black, Bloodrayne, The Warriors, Scarface: The World is Yours, Medal of Honor: Frontiline, Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, Sly Cooper 2 and 3, and many more great games out there. R.I.P PS2, you'll live on forever.
