We all remember in the 90s how Star Wars games were becoming awesome with Super Star Wars games for the SNES, and then we had Rebel Assault 1 and 2. Other Star Wars games remembered were Masters of Teras Kasi, which was a fighting game; Shadows of the Empire, which was a bridge between Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi; Rogue Squadron, set in between Episode IV: A New Hope and Episode V; Clone Wars, taking place after Episode II: Attack of the Clones, and finally there is The Force Unleashed, which took place shortly after Revenge of the Sith.
But LucasArts in the late 1990s didn't do as good with Episode I: Racer, but in the mid-2000s with games such as Clone Wars and Force Unleashed, it was getting back on it's feet. Not to forget another one that is one of my favorite that my cousin, who you can visit in Final Five on Tumblr and Facebook, introduced me to Knights of the Old Republic.
But there is one game that I won't forget since my childhood made by LucasArts, that game is Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Which was a fun game to play, I loved it so much. According to Kotaku, when Disney purchased LucasFilm, LucasArts was not untouchable in no way. Thanks a lot Disney for your stupidity, and killing that company, which if Star Wars 1313 was still in development, I would have enjoyed it by the time it was released. Now, remembering and celebrating all these awesome games is a better way to mourn the company.
Thank You LucasArts, for defining our love for Star Wars. May the Force be with you!
God Bless and Play Hard Gamers! And may the Force be with you!
