Gaming has actually changed over the years as now games are now played in IPads, IPods, and even the Droid mobile phones have gotten into the action. Sony needs to maintain the excitement for the PS3, and what keeps core gamers of Sony are games such as God of War, Uncharted, and more. Treyarch is behind the game’s development once again. Black Ops 2, takes place in 2025 and the main character is David Mason, son of Alex Mason in the original game. There is a lot of new tech, cinematic gameplay, and some choices you have to make in the campaign. Weapons are more advanced such as the sniper rifle which has two pieces of technology, and a TSA scanner that sees through everything. Black Ops II will have multiplayer and hopefully to many, the zombies mode. The game is set to be released on November 13, 2012.
Once again, Ed Boon impresses me with his fine work by making the new DC Superhero fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us, where you play as your favorite DC superheroes and the supervillains. Over the next few months the details of the story will be revealed. Of course there could be some DLC for new downloadable heroes or villains of the DC universe. Most comic fans with this game will finally answer the question of ages “Can Batman beat Superman?”. Gameplay has a lot of similarities to Mortal Kombat since the game is being developed by Netherealm Studios. The game will be released most likely sometime in 2013
