God Bless and Play Hard Gamers!
Last night PlayStation leaked a picture on it's Facebook page, and fans seem to think that God of War is being teased again. I mean, if it's all over in God of War III, then what just might happen if there is a fourth game? Will Kratos go back in time, or will he go up against the Nordic Gods or the Roman Gods for that matter? Well, I guess we'll just have to see what is gonna happen right now.

What's happening gamers and gamerettes? Today's news talks about a DLC for Operation Raccoon City, Skyrim going Kinect, and also a Gameplay Trailer of the upcoming FPS game, Medal of Honor Warfighter. Skyrim gets a Kinect Support on the Xbox 360 version, so players who own it will enjoy hacking and slashing without a controller, that is of course for those who like Kinect. Using the capabilities of Kinect, players will be able to perform Dragon Shouts, Hotkey Equipping, Follower Commands, as well as control all menus with their voice. Not to forget, that this support will have over 200 Voice Commands for those who own a Kinect, says a few sources at IGN.com. Hello gamers and gamerettes! This trailer of Final Fantasy XIII-2 was released by Machinima. Because today, Noel's costume on Final Fantasy XIII-2 is now available for downloading on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. This time, Japan brings the costume of Ezio Auditore that he wears from Assassin's Creed: Revelations. But Noel does not say what Ezio says after killing his target, "Requiescat in Pace".
God Bless and Play Hard Gamers! Heavy Rain Hello gamers and gamerettes! Today's video game review is the interactive movie, Heavy Rain for the PlayStation 3. Heavy Rain was developed by Quantic Dream and published Sony Computer Entertainment with a release date no February 23, 2010 in North America. The game is written and directed by Quantic Dream's CEO David Cage. Heavy Rain is an interactive dramatic thriller modeled after film noir, featuring four protagonists involved with the mystery of the Origami Killer, a serial killer who uses extended periods of rainfalls to drown his victims. This has turned out to be in my list of favorite games, but unlike any other video game where you go to war, hunt for treasure, save princesses, this game is very, very unique as it is an interactive movie. And the most interesting part of it, is that the decisions you make, can dramatically change the fates of the protagonists. With video games being slow this year, this is one of the many games that I wanted to play so bad. Plot. In the beginning, a successful architect named Ethan Mars had it all; a loving wife, two sons, and a nice house in a nice neighborhood. One day at a busy mall, he loses sight of his son Jason, who ends up going out to the streets. Ethan tries to save his son from an approaching car, and tragedy strikes as Jason dies and Ethan goes into a coma for six months. Two years later, Ethan is now divorced and shares custody of his other son, Shaun. Meanwhile, there are a series of grisly murders caused by the mysterious Origami Killer, and Shawn goes missing one day. There are others trying to find out the true identity of the killer: Norman Jayden, an FBI agent who is on his trail, Scott Shelby, a private detective who tries to find out who is the killer, and a beautiful journalist Madison Paige who becomes involved in the case. What's happening gamers and gamerettes? Back again with some video game news. Today's news is that Kingdom Hearts 3D is coming to America for the 3DS on July 31 per se Square-Enix. Reports also show that Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance in 3D is selling big in Japan, and 358/2 Days was surpassed by the KH 3D. Kingdom Hearts has been my favorite series since 2002, and I hope to play this game sometime in the near future when it is released. God Bless and Play Hard Gamers! Greetings gamers and gamerettes! GCGameReviews goes to Springfield since I am reviewing another retro game, The Simpsons Arcade Game. The Simpsons Arcade Game is a beat-em-up video game developed and published by Konami, which then was originally released in North America on March 4, 1991 on the Arcades. The Simpsons Arcade Game is based on the Emmy Award winning series of the same name, and it is a very popular animated show long before South Park, Family Guy and American Dad ever existed. This game is actually way better than the failed Simpsons video games on the NES home consoles such as Bart vs. the World and Bart vs. The Space Mutants. This game is like a beat-em-up mixture of games like Double Dragon, TMNT, Final Fight and Battletoads. But this arcade gets tougher the more you progress. Plot. In the town of Springfield, Waylon Smithers and his goons are stealing a giant diamond from Springfield Jewelers for the villainous Mr. Burns. Smithers run into Homer Simpson and his family, who are conveniently walking down the street. The encounter knocks the diamond out of Smithers hand, and it is snatched by Maggie who puts it in her mouth (as a replacement to her trademark pacifier), prompting Smithers to kidnap Maggie (rather than just the diamond) and run off. The Simpson family is then determined to get her back, fighting their way through suited goons that work for Burns. Happy April Fool's Day gamers and gamerettes! Today's review to begin our April reviews is Mega Man 7 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, developed and published by Capcom. Originally released in Japan on March 24, 1995, the hit Mega Man game for the SNES came to American shores on September 1995. Mega Man 7 made it's debut in the SNES as a 16-bit game featuring new allies, new enemies, new gameplay, and so on. This game is a sequel to Mega Man 6, and like it's predecessor it follows the same action and platforming that was introduced in the 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) titles, but with updated graphics and sprites. Mega Man 7 is also available on the PS2, Nintendo Gamecube, and Xbox as part of the Mega Man Anniversary Collection. Plot. Mega Man has brought the evil Dr. Albert Wily to justice and is finally imprisoned after countless attempts to take over the world and his defeats. But Wily always had tricks up his sleeve knowing that he would be imprisoned one day, he constructed four backup robots in a hidden laboratory; Burst Man, Cloud Man, Junk Man, and Freeze Man. Six months later, the destructive robots woke up and began searching for their master. Suddenly, the city where Wily is being held is attacked. Mega Man, Roll, and their new friend Auto drive to the city to capture Wily. Suddenly, Mega Man faces a new enemy named Bass, a robot with the same capabilities as Mega Man's own and his robot wolf-dog Treble. Mega Man discovers that both he and Bass are fighting the same enemy, and so begins a new quest to take down Wily once more. |
